There has been a notable increase in the estimated levelized costs of green hydrogen in the United States' Gulf Coast for 2023. Due to rising interest rates, electricity prices, and financing costs, green hydrogen produced in the region saw an increase of nearly two U.S. dollars per kilogram in levelized costs.
